Diet after Gastric Sleeve Surgery

  • 3 Glasses of Water
  • 1 Cup Water milk
  • 1 Wheat Starch Teaspoon

Put your ingredients other than milk into a pressure cooker and boil them for 30 minutes. Strain and after that slowly pour the mixed-up Wheat Starch with milk into the soup and cook together for 5 minutes.
